Jake Wilken

Jake assists with warehouse inventory, deliveries and works in the area of sales. Jakes favorite part about ProHarvest is the flexibility there is to better serve and that everyone’s opinion is considered.

Jake is a 3rd generation Wilken to be working in the seed business. He lives in rural Clifton with his wife Alaina. Jake enjoys fishing and working outside.

Josh Wilken

Josh is Head of Operations which makes him in charge of all the day to day warehouse operations. Josh is responsible for the production of seed and ensuring that inventories match.

Josh’s favorite part about ProHarvest is that the company is customer centered and has the ability to react quickly to what the customers need.

Josh is a 3rd generation Wilken working in the seed business. Josh lives in rural Ashkum with his wife Heather and son Tanner. Josh enjoys traveling, finding new places and spending time with his family in his past time.

Eric Yoder

Eric grew up on a livestock farm west of Bloomington, IL. Growing up he showed sheep and was heavily involved in 4-H and FFA both. After a seed company internship in 1998, he changed his major to Crop Science/Agri-business at the University of Illinois.

He enjoyed several internships in seed and chemicals while earning his M.S. degree before leaving Champaign. During his 16 years in the seed industry, he has served many roles including sales, supply, product, and brand management. He lives near Port Byron, IL with his wife Tara and 3 children, Abby (8 yrs), Kaitlyn (5 yrs) and Blake (17 mos).

His hobbies include showing livestock, Mustang cars, and snowmobiling. Eric states, “I chose to join ProHarvest because it really felt home to me. I love the seed business and I am looking forward to overseeing a product lineup to help growers be successful. I really think ProHarvest is poised for growth in the years ahead.”

Mark Griffin

Mark started in the seed business in 1996 around his hometown of Mason City, IL. He enjoys all aspects of the ag industry and knows that seed placement is the most important decision growers can make to impact their bottom line. Most of all, he values the business partnerships that growers and teammates trust him with. He is excited to represent ProHarvest Seeds as the Business Development Lead to expand the footprint of its robust pipeline of products and positive business culture.

His favorite part of ProHarvest Seeds is their approach to it being a people business, everyone genuinely cares and puts the customer first.

Mark is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and currently resides in Clinton, IL with his wife Shalane. His son Noah commissioned into pilot training with the US Air Force from the University of Illinois ROTC program in 2022. His daughter Chloe is a college Freshman studying in the nursing field. When he is not working, he enjoys time with his wife riding their Harley Davidson, taking snowmobile trips, and golfing with his friends.

Keith Knapp

Keith Knapp is our VP of Sales and is a partial owner of ProHarvest seeds. Keith is always working with growers to try and maximize their yields and help take them to the next level. Keith’s favorite part of ProHarvest is working with customers and building relationships with them.

Keith lives in southern Iroquois Co. with his wife Kay, they have 3 kids and 1 grandchild. Keith has been in the seed business ever since he graduated from Illinois State University. Keith enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Lynn Wilken

Lynn is the CFO, and also a part owner of ProHarvest Seeds . Lynn oversees the accounting and office activities. On a day to day basis Lynn is reviewing various reports and doing analysis of them.

Lynn really enjoys the daily communication he has with growers and the staff at ProHarvest. Lynn attended Illinois State University and studied accounting along with Agribusiness.

Lynn lives in rural Ashkum on the farm that ProHarvest is currently located on and was born and raised on the same farm.

Lynn’s father Marlin started MWS by raising public seed. Lynn is the 3rd generation farmer to Wilken farms and is married with 3 kids and 4 granddaughters. Lynn enjoys woodworking and building things in his free time.

Randy Wilken

Randy Wilken is the President and partial owner of ProHarvest Seeds/MWS. Randy oversees all aspects of ProHarvest to ensure that we are providing high quality seeds and experience for our customers.

Randy enjoys working with growers to help them get the most out of their farming operation. Randy resides in Chebanse with his wife Libby. They have a daughter studying to be a nurse and two sons that are involved within ProHarvest/MWS .

Randy’s father Marlin started MWS by raising public seed. Randy is the 2nd generation in the seed business. Randy enjoys traveling, spending time with family and fishing when he can.
