John Walsh

John is a Seed Specialist for ProHarvest Seeds. John always works to keep his growers informed on the most current things going on in agriculture. John always strives to provide solid agronomic advice and help his growers find solutions when problems arise.

John really appreciates that ProHarvest is a family-owned regionally based company.

John lives in Mazon, IL with his wife Jodi and they have 5 kids along with 4 Grandkids. In his free time John enjoys volunteering with high school sports events and also enjoy farm antiques.

Tucker Muse

Tucker is a seed specialist located near Monticello, IL serving customers in Champaign and Piatt county. Tucker takes pride in building relationships with his customers and prospects. He has experience working with diverse crops, markets, and continually stays informed on the farm economy, and current agronomic topics.

Tucker graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in farm management and crop sciences. Tucker also farms around Monticello with his brother and dad on the farm where he grew up. Tucker enjoys live music, traveling, working on classic cars, and spending time with family. Tucker, his wife Tori and son Elvis are excited to welcome their second Child and sibling in September of 2024!

Tom Forrest

Tom is a seed specialist for ProHarvest. Tom’s goal is to provide the right products for the right acres. Tom “ Works for his grower-customers but represents ProHarvest”. Many of Tom’s customers have been working with him for over 30 years.

Tom appreciates ProHarvest because of the good people that make the company. He also values the integrity that ProHarvest displays.

Tom enjoys traveling, going to car shows, and landscaping in his free time. He also enjoys tending to his mules and horses with the company of his dog Joelee.

Tom Ostermeier

Tom is a seed specialist out of Athens, IL. Tom regularly keeps in contact with his customers and works on educating them on new product offerings.

Tom has been working with some of his customers for over 30 years. A key attribute Tom appreciates about ProHarvest is that it is an Independent and proactive seed company.

Tom is married with 4 daughters, 2 granddaughters, and 1 great-granddaughter. Tom keeps busy with his herd of Hereford cattle and spending time with his family.

Ronn Dillavou

Ronn Dillavou is a seed specialist and meets with growers daily to explain the ProHarvest products and how we can help their productivity.

Ronn was manager of a Case Power and Equipment store from 1976-1987. From there he joined the Moews seed company as district sales manager and has been in the seed business thereafter.

Ronn lives in Aledo,Illinois and is Married to  his wife, Pam and they have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren. Ronn  is very active in many community organizations and have a love for collecting farm primitives and antiques.

Jay Whalen

Jay is a seed specialist and is constantly researching and testing new and upcoming cover crop practices. Jay strives to maintain soil health on his own acres and on his customers acres so that they may become more profitable and sustainable.

Jays favorite part about ProHarvest is the working with the people within the company as well as with the growers that plant our products.

Jay is married with two sons, he lives in Flanagan but farms on his family farm in Streator. During Jays free time you can find him farming and spending time with family!

Doug Hanson

At ProHarvest Doug works with our network of dealers in Illinois and surrounding states, and also works with customers from grain to livestock to plan and implement their 365 Yield Day Strategy. Doug also assists producers in achieving their soil health goals.

Doug is married to his wife Lisa and they live in Danforth with their two daughters Maddie, and Isabella on the farm that his wife grew up on.

They raise registered Black Angus for both genetics and market. In his free time Doug enjoys going to cattle shows with his family and investigating new opportunities in agriculture.
